One Of my favorite hunks from the Corey Haim, (I totally had that poster) who rose to fame in 1980s classics 'The Lost Boys,' 'Lucas' and 'License to Drive,' died Wednesday morning of an apparent drug overdose in Burbank, Calif., the LAPD has confirmed to several media outlets. He was 38.

I used to have the biggest crush on him ever!!! My walls were covered with posters of him from Teen Bop, BOP, ohh Tiger Beat remember that one. Year Corey really wasn't looking so hot these past couple of years (see below)




That is not the Corey I want to remember, I will never forget that hot guy from License to Drive.. all I wanted was to be Mercedes Lane and spend one night with him...I totally wanted to "get into hs car.. cue the Billy Ocean music, I guess I will never have the chance.

Sad news for longtime fans of NBC's Days of Our Lives....AKA ME!!!!

Actress Frances Reid passed away yesterday at the age of 95.

Reid played Alice Horton on the soap from 1965 before making her final appearance on December 2007.

She even won the Daytime Emmy's Lifetime Achievement Award back in 2004 and appeared in roles on both As the World Turns and The Edge of Night.

Actress Allison Sweeney, who plays Sami on Days of Our Lives, took to her Twitter page to express her thoughts. Said Allison:

"I'm so sad to hear the news about Frances Reid. She was a truly talented actress and we are all lucky and proud to have known her."

So sad, but thankfully she lived a long life...
